Rhonda Wildman
Community Engagement Manager
Rhonda Wildman joined the DEF team in January 2026 as the Community Engagement Manager. She brings to the team experience of 30 years working in the nonprofit sector and has volunteered with many Decatur nonprofits. Rhonda lives in Decatur with her husband and they are proud parents of a 2022 DHS alum.
