Every May, DEF awards college scholarships to Decatur High School seniors and City Schools of Decatur teachers at the Celebration of Excellence. This cherished evening celebrates our ambitious students and teachers as they embark on the next steps of their educational journeys and honors the lives of those for whom many of the memorial scholarships are named.
